Tab replacement?
 

The ones that came on the boat are "Wolverine Marine" I cant find any information on the company and im guessing they went out of business? The pumps and lines are in old but good working order. I really just want to replace everything hanging off the hull. Tabs/Plates/cylinders. Is there anything out there that will work with the current pumps or do I really need a whole new setup?

Those look like old k-planes and some odd replacement pump. K-planes come complete with everything less dash switch and indicators .Just buy the complete kit, 280s would be the kit similar to what you have now. Any merc dealer can sell them so shop around.
