Anyone have the installation instructions for a Livorsi tube sender? How do you adjust them so it would right on the gauge?

Hydrolift- Couldn't find from last install, What I've always done is run tank down as close to empty as as possible and fine adjust. Than fill and adjust the other.Adj screw is very sensitive do not make big adjustments.
lists at 240-33 ohms is yours reading backwards? Naturally if its a new rig it easier. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply mobilemercman, the tank is empty . How much space between the tank bottom and the end of the tube?


If anybody has the original instructions I realy would like to have them and store them later reference.

3/4inch should be good . You need to leave room for deflection.
Than Ideally when add fuel add a few gallons at a time until you can draw fuel. You will be able to adjust it as accurately as you wish.

Call Livorsi. I bet they would send you a copy of the directions.
They have always been over the top on any help I've needed.

Long onto their site and go to F for Fuel senders. Pick the model that you have. The distance off the bottom of the tank is very important to keep the guage bounce down.

I just installed one of these senders.I adjusted as per directions but that was not very accurate.I cut mine 1" from the bottom and then ran the boat till I ran out of fuel,this still showed 1/4 tank on the gauge because it was adjusted as per directions.I then fine adjusted to read empty as I was waiting for gas to be delived to me out on the lake.Then when I refilled I adjusted to full screw.

Coincidentally I was just researching these senders. The instructions are downloadable off Livorsi's website. Set 0 with the sender out of the tank. Install in the tank and fill the tank full and set full reading on gauge.
