Carb tuning help

Is there a web site that will tell me what size a carb I need and what size jets to start tuning with in a marine application? I hear it is usually a lot richer than an automotive carb.

it is a stock 454 (Bravo)in a 88 Mach 1 boat

It does have through hulls and an aluminum intake manifold.
