Non working GPS speedo

My gps speedo doesn't work ...when you turn the key the needle swings to 3 , then 12 , then 0 and rests at 9 ...what's wrong ?

I believe at 9 is no signal from the antenna.

What does it mean when it does all of that but rests at zero after you start?

check the wires where they connect to the speedo head. Very small dia. wires and they do tend to break of at the crimped on terminals.

how about a call to the manufacturer who actually built the thing and REALLY knows what the problem might be.
