Looking at his motor. Number on the block is T06195UA. Any idea what this decodes to? Should be 525SC......

Thats not a Merc serial number. The merc serial numbers are listed in the other thread you posted. That is most likely a GM casting number.

No info on that number. IF it's a Mercury engine, serial # should be stamped on a tag and attached to the back of the block.

Do you have a pic of this 525SC?????

I have several of my 1996 and you could compare. It would be VERY expensive to duplicate it with Merc parts.

Gen V 1995 525SC.
That code was also on the 95 454 mag MPI and HP450.

definately a GMpp # not merc
