I use Monel staples, tend to go in easier.

Go to Home Depot, I have used the Bostich and like them, And the stainless staples should be there also.

I bought a Bostich just for that purpose. I built two sets of rear seats, and two sundecks for two different boats I owned. The staples go through Starboard easier than they do plywood, but by the same token, they pull loose easier.

If I knew then, what I know now, I'd have made them out of PVC board. It's cheaper, stronger, and lighter than Starboard, but best of all, you can glue it together, rather than mechanically put it together. Both products are easier to work with than plywood.

Sorry to hijack this.
But does anyone make an air powered stapler that shoots the T50 style staples?
