I know its not a true offshore but Is anyone familiar with these hulls? what speeds will they run with twin 175's or 150's? any handling quirks?... A freind of mine is looking at these and i dont know much about them, any advice would help.

Actually you have a dealership that is opening up not to far from you in Stafford, Virginia on Aquia Creek. You can call Garry at 540-841-4770 as he is the owner of the dealership or visit www.aquiaboatsales.com. They will be at the Richmond Boat Show on January18-20th with a 19', 24' and a 32w/300verados loaded out if you would like to take a look at all of the options that are avialable. I have heard nothing but good things about them and they seem to be the only CC with a stepped hull. I do know that a 27 w/225's will run 73+.

Actually there are a lot of center consoles with step bottoms.. Donzi & Fountain are just a couple of them that make step hull fish boats.. Jamie / Lakeside

Actually it is three different people named Garry. I live down in Apollo Beach and was visiting the other Garry's not to long ago, I'm not the owner. In the first posting I was saying about a stepped hull in that size of boat. I don't think fountain offers a stepped hull until 31' or 34' but I see Donzi does offer it all the way down to 23' but you are definitely gonna pay more for the big names. Anyone know if 007Joes friend bought a boat?
