anybody reconize the manufacture of this external steering, there is no name or tag on it and i need to do something about the rust, i keep painting it but it comes right back,and i need stainless or open to suggestions as to stopping this problem..

Yes, looks like IMCO cylinder, but they sure as heck did not make the wing plates out of steel!

I think it's a home made copy of an IMCO. At least the steel parts are. Youcould take it apart and have it powdercoated, It may last a little longer than paint.
