Has anyone ever herd of a ECM-99 or a MEFI-99.

Mefi3, second edition. The last three digits of the part number on the back is 999 instead of original mefi3 009. Same pinout as standard Mefi3, just has a few more software features, enhanced idle control, etc. They were standard on the 575hp to name one application.
