Head ID Help?

Head casting is 14097088.

Is this the Merc HP500 head? Other?

2.19/1.88 valves, 118cc chamber, 325 intake ports. I've cross-referenced it to a Gen V replacement head, part #12562920.

HP500's have 2.25" intake valve's

As I recall, the last set I had off were 088 castings though.

That head was on my 502 mag. I put the 2.25 int in mine.
