Scarab, Nova's, Spyders
 

I am having some trouble figuring out different hulls, (Larry Smith) etc of different models of Scarabs, Nova', Spyder's etc.

Sea Ray, for example has a wonderfull archieve site to find out everything you need to know. Is there anything out there like that for Wellcrafts and Scarabs?

Check out wellcraft.com , look for the "owners" radio button" then click the " product info guides" button. This will take you to a list that you can scroll down thru the years your interested in, which will take you to the models available for that year. You can also post a question in the Scarab fourm here.

It can be a little confusing, especially when guys with Nova's call their boats Scarabs.

and a spyder is a nova basicly with a shorter windshield

Were all the Spyders rigged with Big Blocks, or just most of them?

my friend had a 26 spyder t-350's. i had a nova at the time almost the same boat. spyder looked better but we ran dead even at 64 mph w/21 3 blade props and stock 260 hp
