MC 6,2 320PS Alarm

Hi anybody help with this?
Running a MC 6,2 2003 and the alarm somtims goes off in the folowing cycle: 2 short and 1 long alarm befor power is cut down. Both temp indicaters and theromstat are repalced. Any ideas?

A scan tool would make it a lot easier to figure out, but maybe this will help.
