yea , 049 and 781 are the two most sought after large oval stock gm heads , i used google to learn most of what i know about em
if you find a set of heads , google the casting numbers and start reading , its free knowledge
although , i have to say if the price is right on gen 5 rectangular ports , i would go that route , maching shop on any of these heads is minimum 200 bucks a piece for stock rebuilds , and ad money for bigger valves , bowl and pocket porting , nice valve job etc etc
