Interior carpeting
I remember a while back there was a thread (poosibly in general discussion) regarding interior carpeting. I'm looking to re-do the interior carpeting on G-Force, and was wondering if someone had some advice as far as what weight and manufacturer/type of carpeting to get. Thanks!

I'm with G-Force, I need to come up with carpet for my little boat but I need a good quality carpet in BRIGHT red. Anyone know where to buy any?

The carpet in mine has the rubberized backing falling off. It's only three years old and is never left in the cockpit, always strored in the house.
It's a real shame too because it looks new on top. |
Hey G, I have ViscousOne looking into some for my boat right now. I'll throw up a post when I find out what is available.

Did you try a search under carpeting? I did this a while back and came up with a few good threads.
Someone suggested going to your local carpet Co. and ask to see the Industrial books I guess the choices are endless and they come in rubber back. Then you can take it and have a boarder installed if you want to use it in the cockpit or leave it alone for the cabin. Costs to do this were cheaper than you might think. Scott |
Use your hair!!!! :p :p :p
Boat US Sells a couple different kinds of carpets that may work for you. Jon |
