blower motor cooling system

Running new engine setup, 540 dart w/8-71 blower with chiller CMI headers with two water inlet a side. What cooling system will work best with this setup?

I would assume from a clearance standpoint you would run a cross over system.

Duke lose the chiller and put a Alky/H2O inj kit on , if you do the math intercoolers are way to small and are'nt doing enuf cooling anyway :cool-smiley-011: good luck

I'm running the seawater pump to bottom of crossover, set-up with a by-pass the them. housing, from main lines out of thrm housing to exhaust and am going to be running a themostat as last year could not get the temp up, played with restricting the water flow from pump but water temp fluctuated a lot....good luck..Rob

Try running it backwards- thru the manifolds, then into the front of the block. You'll warm the water a little bit with the exhaust manifolds.
