dmaxx3500 05-14-2008 08:39 AM

what kind of hp/torque did it make

Chris Sunkin 05-14-2008 09:00 AM

You can buy an out-of-the-box cam that kind of gets close to what might work and take a chance on leaving horsepower on the table- or destroy your motors with reversion...

Or you can call Bob Madara and get a cam that is 100% ground to match exactly what is in your motor, what your boat is and what exhaust you have. After a half-hour conversation with Bob, you'll have a better understanding of the different aspects of cam design and how they affect what you're looking to do.

Best of all, you will ennd up spending about the same $$ as you would on an out-of-the-box cam and you'll save significant $$ on the other parts you'll need.

Talking to Bob is worth every penny.

Actually the custom cam is not that expensive.

yes advanced a smidge . could use a little more lift , but for the added stress on the valve train for marginal gain hp wasn woth it my engine builder said !we also cut it on a 109 ls to get this thing moving a little quicker down low <
