please help omc king cobra repair

i have a 1989 261 four winns liberator. the boat kills when put into rivrer and motor is cold it is fine once it if warmed up. shifts fine the other. once it is warm it is hard too find reverse so im looking for a marina or boat shopp IN WISCONSIN that can work on it. PLEASE HELP
