I picked these up from someone that probably didnt know what they had , but i have no use for them , just didnt want to pass up the deal cause it was cheap , but dont really have a use for them personaly

from what i can tell there SM high torque manifolds , guy said 2 hours of run time , and as clean as the exhaust runners are i wouldnt dis-agree , just the manifolds , no risers or fittings
anyone need some manifolds?

I sold a good pair for 4 or 500 bucks. I'll give you a hundred for them!

Hell I have a two sets sitting in the basement - same deal, no risers, just the manifolds. One out of the four has a pin hole leaking outside where the lower hose attaches, the other three are in great shape.

I'll make someone a helluva deal just to get rid of them....

Kenyo just offered 100 bucks , i think they should be worth a little more then that , i'd be happy with 400 for this pair

i bought a set with risers and fittings last season for $500. I would think they are worth $400.

Strip Poker 388 05-29-2008 05:26 PM

why are there some many broken sets? Yawll haveing that much trouble with them or just moving up to headers?

trips2win 05-29-2008 05:39 PM

I had bought a set for my 89 292 then traded for a 382 and i needed to buy the 6" taller riser to make them work so i have a set of reg risers collecting dust had no problems just saving bucks at the time

I have two sets as my customer that originally had them is one of those types that if one is going bad - do the other while your at it. In this case we had one manifold on one engine with a corrosion hole where the hose nipple screwed into the manifold - it was leaking - so he decided to replace all the manifolds at the same time. SMI even told me to ship the one down and have them repair it. But he choose the other route -which is fine by me! BTW - I don't have the clamps or anything else - I will try to round up the bolts, washers,etc...
