oil filter mounting.
 

Installed emi thunder exhaust on the engine, need to move the oil filter. I assume it is ok to mount the oil filter to the transom and have it on it's side so the filter screws onto the mount sideways instead of on from the bottom? Shouldn't hurt flow or anything right?

Should be just fine, however, why not mount it vertically, so it is easier to change, without creating a mess?
