Cross over(water pump delete) On fuel injection

Just curious can I run a water pump delete on a fuel injected motor. Or will it make the computer screwy. I am pretty sure they run cooler with out the pump.. Let me know guys thanks..

if you run one with a bypass so you can keep the thermostat should be ok, thats what I'm running but with a carb, had one with no bypass and them. and temp would not get warm enough...Rob

No reason to do it with having other major modifications or a supercharger.

I agree.

Billet Marine makes a really sweet setup if you want to do it. But it is expensive and I have not heard of any real performance gains. Of course you get rid of the water pump and some hoses for a cleaner look.

Thats the thing i picked up a really nice stainless cross over for change, have it now, so thats why I wanted to know, yes it will make a cleaner look, I have little room there now, so it would just make things easer, before i go back in this year.. So it will work ok on a fuel injected motor, yes I will be keeping the thermo..

Thanks guys

John
