corsa switchable sticks

I have 35-0 fountain with corsa switchable exhaust the two inside ones stick and i have to move them by hand.any easy fix ?

I know this might sound like a dumb ? but are your batts full charged. I had the same problem on my old baja and found the the batts were just low
