Rebuilt Gen 6 shortblock--What's it worth??
 

I have a freshly rebuilt 509 ci Gen 6 shortblock that I need to sell. I was going to put it in a streetcar, but have shelved that idea so I need to sell it now. It has been totally gone thru by T&T racing engines In Gurnee IL. It has new SRP pistons and the rods and crank have been internally balanced. I need to sell it so help me figure out what it is worth. I also have 2 Crane 168731 roller cams to sell as well.

i might be interested in it. it's a bit more (aftermarket) than what i was looking for as I was going the stock replacement route, but let's talk. my cell # is 678-516-1024. hit me up first chance you get as i'm looking at a couple things and need to make a decision.

Are the crane "731" cams for gen IV flat tappet hydrolic engines ? , looking for a good cam to slide into my 454

My cams are roller cams. They will only work in Gen V and Gen VI motors

i see you changed the price range there so i'll pass on the shortblock, but i'll take one of the cams assuming it's a fair price. either call me at the number i listed above or email me at [email protected] with a price and all so we can get the ball rolling. thanks.

There is a guy on the fence on those cams. I will tell him tomorrow to make a decision and I'll let you know. The cams have less than 100 hrs. mostly at no wake speeds. I will be fair.
