I am replacing the mufflers with angled tips on the Scarab....
What is the best sealant to use for the tip flange to transom mating? Will there be any heat issues with a silicone sealer? |

I'd use 3M 4200 in case you ever find the need to remove them.

Hey BIG Daddy 3 M 5200 adhesive/sealant @ West marine and if you have to get them off a piece of wire will cut them loose ..Good luck

I was going to use 5200 but I wasn't sure about the heat issues....
Heat won't be a problem??? |
