Default Pressure Readings On Trim Pump

Working on a trim pump for a #6 set-up; I dont have the service book on the Mercury Racing trim pumps and the readings I am getting are higher than a standard Bravo pump which I expect.

Here is what I get:
Internal restriction test..... -0- psi ok
up..... 3500 and will hold at 2900

down.... 2000 and will hold at 1500

I tested two pumps and get same results, are these numbers in line.
