BBC Serpentine conversion???

I've got a 1996 7.4 Mercruiser bravo setup that uses 3 "V" belts. Built a new engine for some real power. 537hp on dyno, but it keeps wanting to throw off the power steering belt around 5600rpm. And, yes the alignment is good. I'm looking for a kit or parts to convert it to a serpentine system like the one used on a 1998 or newer bravo. Any ideas, suggestions, or anyone know where I can get what I need without having to buy every little piece individualy from Mercruiser?
