Well for the timing on that bird, I would shoot for about 36 fully advanced, which is usually about 3000 RPMs. To check you fuel pressure you need to install a gauge in line up near the carb. It should be roughly between 5-8 psi depending on pump.

Put a new set of the NGK's in, and connected the choke with a temp wire (carb rebuilders lost mine, so new one on order)
