Sensors

I am wondering where the best place to install sensors is. They are in the stock locations but are they in the best spot for a Big Block? While I am installing the motors I thought I would ask.

Oil pressure
Oil temp
With and with-out remote filter
Water temp
Water pressure
Knock sensor (adding this)

And any other sensor I can not think of...

Thanks

low fuel pressure warning switch, low oil pressure switch, low water pressure switch, these can all be connected into mercruiser warning system, fuel pressure switch in fuel log or manifold, water pressure after coolers before t-stat.

oil pressure sender and switch, stock location, high water temp sender and switch stock location or back of intake if there is water passage crossover, keeps wires off front of carb motor
