It seems like you need to change the fuel pump or the fuel pressure regulator. Not sure it would have any effect on temp, but if so you are on the verge of blowing up the motor. How long ago since the sea water pump impeller was changed? That would be you most likely culpret for high temp readings, or there are old impeller parts blocking some of the passageways in the oil cooler.

The raw water pump was replaced earlier this year, so it's good. I did backflush the water lines and retrieved some debris so there's a chance there could be more. I guess I'll start with the regulator, perhaps the spring in it is weak.
