My 548's with small dome pistons and decked blocks only came to 10.0 to 1 and I'm compressing almost 10 percent more into the same size space.

93 with alum. heads, 120 degree thermostats, 36 degrees of advance. Not a hint of detonation. I'm tempted to try milling the heads and going for 10.5 but it'll probably bite me in the azz.
