Exhaust Diverter Leaking
 

I have stock mercruiser exhaust diverters and and one leaks water out the side where the pin that holds the internal butterfly exits out the side. Looks like there is a bushing that is missing. I have some pics but they are from a camera phone so they sort of suck. Pic 1 is the one missing the bushing and pic 2 is the other diverter that is working fine. I called Boat and Motor superstore parts dept and they said it is not a part they list on the page thate diverts are shown.. Anyone have any Ideas as to where I can get one of these or anything else I can use.. The diverters cost $1800 . Its a load of crap that merc does not sell a .50 cent part and says oh well that will be 1800.

Those silent choice bushings are available from any MerCruiser parts source.

I have a used set of diverters I am looking to sell if you wind up needing them.

If anyone knows a parts place that can get them let me know.. So far the 2 places I called can not get them.
