HUH?????????? Why would you want to?????
I've got a customer who wants to repower an older inboard boat that has counter rotating 260 mercs. The transmission cannot be converted to spin in reverse, and there is no room for a different trans..
The cam and distributor aren't a big deal and the crank trigger should work fine in reverse, I think the new ones might have a cam sensor as well... The injectors are batch fired.. I think it can be done unless there's something simple that I'm missing. Which is often the case..

I recently had a 350 MPI changed to reverse rotation for the same reason. 1951 Chris Craft. Everything seems to work fine.
