cold idle problem
 

My brother in law just bought a 1999 25 outlaw sst 454 mag
it will not idle cold must give a little throttle until warm then idles at 600 rpm's just fine any help.

If its EFI, it needs to be hooked to scan tool. The IAC valve probably needs replaced.
