low water pickup
Im looking at installing a low water pickup to feed my intercooler only, for my supercharger install. Im going to use the drive pickup to cool the motor as it is from the factory. Is there any tips or tricks for install? Does anybody have any pics of there install?

Here ya go,, if you do the install make sure you check and check again to make sure the lay out is right!!! Measure 5 times cut once cause once you drill a hole in the bottom theres no turning back. :drink:

Don't they make adjustable depth pickups?
Or was notching the bottom of the hull intentional? I believe that Dustin Whipple recommends using the external pickup for the innercooler, because water over-pressuriization is not an issue due to the exit side of the innercooler being dumped over-board. Chris |
yeah dustin said use the low pickup for the intercooler because when your idling theres no water going through the intercooler which is good cause you dont want it to be to rich and load up if it was routed through the drive
