you have any pics of your side mount whipple cause im in the process of installing one, and i heard the have problems? Also im guessing u have MEFI-1 and VST fuel system? did u leave it or upgrade> sorry for all the questions

I took all that off, went with a 2 bar map sensor, SX fuel pumps & regulator & custom tune.

Jason I know you dont have a 525, but if you were to use it as a reference point for a BBC: as per Mercury's site the 525 weights about 1200 lbs, I would guess that the Dana's weigh about the same as the CMI since you dont have cast iron. Then you would need to add the weihgt for your blower kit say apx 100lbs.. Hope this helps..
