Can air/fuel ratio be adjusted by increasting or decreasting fuel pressure in a MPI

yes, it will change accross the board not areas.

It can have a significant affect on afr.

yes, but the issue you will run into is will be way rich at lower RPM's and kill fuel economy, mess with it a bunch on GM tpi setups...works on high rpm well but cruise suffers...Rob
