New Bell Engineering Regulator

I just purchased the new Bell regulator 2035 for my 502mpi procharged engines. My question is they told me to put a T fitting at the pump and run one line to the fuel rail and run the other line into the regulator. Does this make sense to you guys?

Why? What is the deal with this unit or should I say what made you choose this regulator?

The reason why I went this route, is that the procharger regulator is inconsistent. You would need to have an high idle pressure so you would have enough pressure at boost.

Oh, I understand the rising rate deal and all that. I sell aftermarket fuel pumps / regulators and I guess I'm doing a little market research -- What made you pick this particular unit over the other more common bypass regulators??

Regulator

after looking at the application this is how they boost their pressure. the problem I see is that they want a 100psi fuel pump in front of this regulator for boost supply. This is not a easy task do to fuel flow (ie) 1to 1 boost.
