hp 500 american offshore
 
i am looking at buying a 31 american offshore with twin hp 500 carb motors. Will have just plane bravo outdrives. Do not know what kind of props yet. What prop size should be on this boat for all around performance. How fast will it run. Also how reliable are these motors.
