What HP is my 454 (1981 27 Excalibur)

Hi folks, just picked up 81 Excalibur...need help finding HP rating. I believe these came with 330 or 370 HP. Numbers, castings perhaps? I am not sure if original or not...thanks much, Mike

my guess would be 330, by the year and size of the boat... unless you say it runs 90 mph!!!!

Mine has a 330hp 454.
I beleave the easy way to tell between a 330hp or a 370hp is by the intake and valve covers.
The 330hp has a low rise intake and stamped steel valve covers, while the 370hp has a hi-rise intake and I think they have the cast alum valve covers. With that being said somebody could have changed the valve covers and intake thought. Sorry I cant help with casting numbers.
