Anyone from EMI ?
:mad:I have been one of your most loyal customers. I have your manifolds, valve covers, oil cooler and bypass crossover. I leave positive comments on your products on a daily basis. I recently ordered a bravo inlet part # 105-17 off your website. I live in Illinois so it takes 4 or 5 days for shipping.
#1 I received the wrong part the flange was the wrong size. #2 Next I received the correct part with no gasket. #3 Received the wrong gasket. Just called customer service and he finally said he would send it next day air but was very reluctant. I have been waiting since 3/24 for a very simple part and I am very angry and your customer service does not understand why. I just want the correct part as ordered. |
That sucks!!! They arent advertisers here so I doubt they will see this post. I assume this is Eddie Marine right?
Evidently even in these difficult times some companies still dont listen to the customer even when they screw up. I guess thats what happens when you become a big machine. Good luck!! |

I finally received the correct gasket this morning. Forth time is the charm. I hope they figure out how mistakes like this happen over and over. Seems it would be hard to make a profit if this happens all the time. Still looking forward to someone from EMI to responded to the post.
