The Carter "replacement" pump for the merc 861677T pump which is used on the 502's is rated for 42 gph @ 5.75 psi should be more than enough for you..
I ran a stock Merc seawater pump mounted fuel pump with the CV products bottom half (similar to the KE I believe) on a 600 hp 516 cid engine for years with NO problems whatsoever..... http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p...P1030827-1.jpg Doug |
