Need a lead on a simple part
 

Guys,

Where do you find the screw-mounted, rubber grommets that install on the underside of engine hatches? They are the ones that act as buffers between the engine hatch and the deck when hatches are closed.

Miine have become compressed over time/ people on the sun pad. I want to replace before any issues and can't seem to find them.

With out seeing what you have, I would think an automotive body shop supply house would have something like that. Mabey even a good hardware store. I do know Mcmaster-Carr has a large selection of items.

Home Depot has them come in a box of four in black or white..

Formula still sells the same ones on my '91.

But I've seen similar at any hardware store either in the window crank/sliding door section or where they have the furniture sliders/felt pads. You'll find some that have a metal washer inside. That might be nice to have but remember it will rust.
