I've always used Simple Green. I've tried lots of different cleaners and for the money it can't be beat. It works good on getting the dirt out of vinyl.

Simple green and Magic eraser. Followed up by your favorite vinyl conditioner. Just remember the Magic eraser doesn't take a lot of pressure. You will be amazed at the outcome.

Worked great for me for many years and a ton of hours here in SWFL. Even when you think it is clean it is amazing how a few swipes of the magic eraser can bring it back to day-one appearance.
