Bilge blowers, dumb question
I have 2 Attwood bilge blowers mounted on the transom of my boat [1 on each side] should the blowers "suck" air from the bilge and blow air out the top?, or should they "blow" air down towards the bilge by sucking air from the top?, this is probably a really dumb question, but, just want to make sure they are hooked up right before I launch, Thanks!

Mine blow out

Mine blow out, too.

Yup, mine blows out. I think idea is it creates low pressure and evacuates any fumes from bottom of the boat. gasoline fumes are heavier then air.

Out, just make sure the intake hose it at the lowest possible location in the bilge.

they blow out to remove any kinds of fumes in the bilge...

there should be a arrow on the blower to show you the airflow direction, but blowers suck the air out. seems they should be called SUCKERS.
