looking for manifolds and stainless risers for a 350. replacing the ones on my baja let me know prob going with glm manifolds but need stainless risers but let me know what you have Chris

The only performance risers made to fit the stock/GLM manifolds are made by Imco and are stainless and around $700.

Why GLM? price?

There are a bunch of companies that make SBC stuff. The Imco set already mentioned has a great price.

Eddie Marine makes them too, that's what I have, with the long tails.

Stainless Marine too.

All of them have a different mounting system for the manifolds to the risers. SM is round flange and generally easier to get the pipes to line up to the factory stuff. EMI has the 4 bolt setup like most of the rest do.

Aftermarket exhaust is WIDER than stock, so you can plan on some fitment issues. SM has a crappy design where you can't change the spark plugs but everyone seems to like them anyway.

I never had a problem changing plugs with the stainless marine manifolds on a SBC or BBC..... Maybe I am better at doing it than the average bear.. lol :D.. Jamie

I agree with LSR, I have no probs changing plugs on my SM equipped SBC.

I run GLM aluminum manifolds on my 385ci SBC. They seem to be nice quality for the price. They have the individual runners and flow right in line with the other more expensive systems. I've seen real world dyno results with the GLM's just a few hp behind a $600 more expensive set of Revolution Marine's which are basically am EMI copy.

I'm running Stainless FastGlass risers on mine. They are from the early 90's and I don't believe are made anymore. The are alot larger than stock and flow much more, yet still fit the stock manifold bolt setup. They came about 2-3 longer than stock and I have welded 22" extensions onto mine to prevent reversion.

The Imco's are an exact copy of my old FastGlass risers...

I like the Revolution Marine manifolds for a small block.
Lots of horsepower.
