Back Flushing a 496 after blown Impeller

1 Attachment(s)
I have an '02 496 (not HO). The impeller blew, and I don't I have accounted for all the pieces, so I want to back flush. Does anyone know how to back flush a 496?

BTW, I am waiting on delivery of that rebuild kit the R&R guys out of Lake Havasu make. Ray from Raylar likes them and I have significant grooves in the brass cup and backing plate.

Need to do this right. Any help would surely be appreciated!

Thx,

Tom

I would pull off all hoses for the coolers (power steering, oil, fuel and heat exchangeer). Use your hose and pressure nozzel to force water through the coolers and all hoses. It's not hard just time consuming and you'll probably get wet.
