Distributor gear
 
im looking for a bronze distributor gear to fit a merc dist. Its a .427 shaft dia. crane was the only company how made them. since there out of buisness i cant find one.

what cam ? most the marine rollers have a gear on them so you use a std dist gear..

my cam calls for an everwear gear but i had problems with them wearing out in less tham 2 hours running time, i swicthed to the bronze gear from crane and i get the whole year out of one, they usually still look good when i change it but i do it once a year anyway.

Yes the crane part # is 11988-1

ol,
These guys show 2 in stock. I typed "crane 11988-1" in google and found a lot of places that show them. I would start here and go down the list calling them if you really want one. Maybe even buy an extra :)
