Swapping shifter,will cables work?

Going from the stock Merc jobbie to a Morse twin stick,wondering if stock cables will work.

that depends on what cables are in there now, if you have morse 33c's yes, if merc cables don't think so...when I swapped to gaffric I had to change cables...Rob

yes,I have the stock Merc cables.
Do I need adapters or all new cables?

you will need morse 33C cabls with the correct end kits, eddie marine carrys them as well as many more I'm sure
