Mercruiser wiring diagram-source???
 

Does anyone have an online source of Mercruiser wiring diagrams? I am having a problem in the starter circuit & unable to energize the solenoid. I also have no 12v on the ignition switch! So, a diagram is in order to solve the source of the trouble. Thanks in advance guys!:D

Call the Lake. they can fax it to you...better if you take it in on your computer for legibility, or they will mail it to you.

i have only the Mercruiser CD with some TIF pics. But i dont now what engine you have sorry. If the pic is what you are looking for tell me you engine year and model !!

my engine is a 1996 HP454-425/450hp depending on who you talk to. It is Procharged and has really run great. Last summer I encountered an intermittent problem with the starter circuit and over the winter I took the engine out to redo the engine bay. Now the problem is permanent!! I think your diagram is the correct one, but cannot read the wire colors. Is there any way you could blow that up? That would be great!! Where did you get the CD at? It might be worth while for me to get one.

I called "the Lake" (Mercury Performance), they are going to send me one asap!! I just hope it is the correct diagram. Even so, the colors are generally the same for a given purpose, so it should work.
I will put "The Lake" in my phone book now!

The mercruiser CD is a copy, i looking to find a partnumber for the CD !!

on this CD are all Mercruiser Microfishs and all Service Literature !!

Crownroyal ignition color wires
 

I need the color of the wires for a Mercruiser 5.0 Alpha one ignition. Please help guys my husband took the switch out months ago because he lost the key and now does not remember how the wires go. 3 prong switch. 1994 model inboard/outboard.

It is presently has a larger red wire connected to B and a yellow with tiny re stripe to S and to the I is either a pink or really light red. This is how my husband hook the switch and he can't remember how the wires went.

I have been trying to find a engine wiring diagram for a 500Bull Dog 540 v8 !990 throu 96. The engine that uses the electronic box that looks like an MSD unit. I have been looking all over the net. I am using a brand new old stock wire harness and trying to wire it to a 581cid engine with all MSD ign components. Is there anywhere it can buy a schematic without having to buy the whole service manual. Thanks for any info
