what is the number on the 525 cam 731 ?? and are they a step down nose style like in my 500hps. also is the 500hp cam a 730.

731 is crane's Hp 500 cam the 741 is crane's 525 cam. Both are made by Crane but mercury has there own # on the cam.

The 731 is not the 500HP cam. The 525EFI cam is a 741 ground on 114 lob sep.

rmbuilder has posted the specs and part #'s for all of them several times. Use the advanced search.

The standard 741 is 112 lob sep.
