sea water pump hoses

on my 500 hps which one is what on sea pump does the inlet hose the heavy duty hose go on top or bottom, the inlet and outlet just say (lh out) and (rh out) and after all winter i forget.

You have a Left Hand engine, so the one that says LH is the outlet. The one that says RH is the inlet.
